Omron - One Americas Conference

The Challenge
Omron set out to host its One Americas Conference as a unifying event for employees, leaders, and partners across the region. The challenge was not only to create a powerful visual identity, but also to coordinate an event experience that was inspiring, seamless, and memorable from beginning to end.

The Strategy
I took on a leadership role that went beyond creative direction. In addition to designing the event branding and materials, I worked hand-in-hand with the planning team to shape the flow of the event, brainstorm engaging experiences, and ensure every detail contributed to a cohesive story. My goal was to design an event that not only looked great but also ran smoothly and left a lasting impact.

The Execution
Key contributions included:

  • Event branding and design across signage, staging, presentations, and attendee materials
  • Creative event concepts that elevated the atmosphere and guided the attendee journey
  • Collaboration on event coordination, helping plan logistics and ensure smooth execution across teams and vendors
  • Photography and videography, including aerial drone coverage, to capture every important moment
  • A dynamic recap video to extend the event’s impact beyond the conference itself

The Impact
The One Americas Conference was a major success. Strong branding, thoughtful design, and close coordination helped create an event that was not only visually impressive but also flawlessly executed. Attendees were energized, leadership goals were clearly communicated, and the event experience strengthened Omron’s culture across the Americas.
