Summary
Directed the branding, creative, and event experiences for the Tampico Foundation, blending the fun, colorful spirit of Tampico with the professionalism of a philanthropic organization.
The Approach
Designed and maintained the Foundation’s website, built out its brand identity, and created ongoing digital, print, and video materials to promote initiatives. Assisted in managing the Foundation itself to ensure cohesive communications and strong community presence. My role extended across both large-scale Foundation Galas and grassroots volunteer events, giving me the opportunity to shape every touchpoint of the Foundation experience.
The Execution
- Created and maintained the Tampico Foundation brand identity, ensuring it tied back to Tampico’s signature vibrant style while standing on its own.
- Designed the Foundation’s website and a library of digital, print, and video assets for fundraising and awareness.
- Spearheaded gala creative direction, from naming, themes, and décor to activity planning and branded collateral.
- Produced engaging event content including presentations, stage design, and video storytelling.
- Curated unique gala experiences with elements like Tampico-inspired cocktails, silent auctions, custom menus, and interactive activities.
- Coordinated with vendors and stakeholders to deliver seamless events that balanced professionalism with fun.
- Led the planning and organizing of Tampico employee volunteer events, creating hands-on opportunities for staff to give back while reinforcing the Foundation’s mission.
