The Challenge
As a global beverage brand with a presence in over 50 countries, Tampico needed annual sales meetings that energized employees, aligned teams on business goals, and showcased the brand’s fun, colorful personality. These events had to balance strategic content with engaging experiences while delivering a polished, on-brand look and feel year after year.
The Approach
Over the course of six years, I spearheaded the creative direction and production for Tampico’s annual sales meetings across the U.S. This included concepting event themes and names, managing design systems for collateral and staging, and ensuring every visual and experiential element reflected Tampico’s bright, playful brand identity.
I partnered closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate event logistics, build presentations, and create video content that kept teams inspired and aligned. From stage design to breakout activities, I made sure every detail tied back to the brand’s promise of color, flavor, and fun.
