Walmart Great Value – Packaging Production and Rollout

The Challenge
Walmart’s Great Value brand was undergoing a massive rollout across the U.S. with over 3,500 SKUs. The challenge was to maintain a consistent, high-quality design across a vast product line while keeping production on schedule and ensuring every package aligned with brand standards.

The Approach
I focused on creating clear, scalable systems for packaging design, style guides, and display concepts to streamline production. The goal was to ensure consistency across thousands of SKUs while allowing flexibility for different product categories.

The Execution

  • Led design and production for over 3,500 SKUs, delivering impactful packaging and display concepts
